Simon Goodwin
Sales Executive
When meeting Simon, you can’t help but notice his genuine nature and his natural ability to hold engaging conversations.
Having transitioned to real estate in 2011 from a successful career in the Metropolitan Fire Service as a Senior Rescue Officer; Simon’s experience in high pressure situations enabled him to quickly achieve outstanding results for his clients upon entering the industry.
In just a short time, Simon became well known in the Mandurah community as a true professional, taking pride in achieving results and exceeding his clients expectations. He also became fondly known for his community involvement which included being appointed the President of the Halls Head Football Club as well as the Tribunal Chairman ALCOA Peel Football & Netball League.
In addition to Simon’s excellent work ethic and his genuine nature, he has also proven himself to be a true asset in times of uncertainty and trouble; in 2013, Simon uncovered a case of attempted fraud by a Nigerian scammer which involved a property in Falcon. He worked closely with the Major Fraud Squad of WA and together they were able to take action to protect the property owner.
For his efforts and assistance over the 9 month period, Simon was presented with an ‘Award of Excellence for Protecting the Community of WA’ from the WA Police & Department of Commerce, along with an ‘Award for Working Above and Beyond the Call of Duty of a Real Estate Agent’ by the Major Fraud Squad of WA.
With a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a professional approach at all times, Simon never gives any less than 110% effort to achieve the best result for his clients. He is an incredible asset to our team at Ray White Mandurah and a real pleasure to work with.
